If you expect premium customer service and care for a $7,000 service bill, do not go to Mercedes-Benz of Macon. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours from Alma to pick up our vehicle. After paying over $7,000, w $7,000 service bill, do not go to Mercedes-Benz of Macon. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours from Alma to pick up our vehicle. After paying over $7,000, we walked out to the car with the technician only to find the key fob was dead. The technician manually unlocked the door and discovered the headlights had been left on. Our car had been parked with the headlights and taillights on for SIX AND A HALF DAYS. The headlights were facing the side of the dealership building—how does no one notice this? Do they not have security cameras, guards, or lot checks? To make matters worse, the battery was brand-new (purchased right before my trip to Macon). Leaving a battery completely drained for a week ruins its long-term lifespan. Instead of offering to replace the battery they damaged, the technician jumped the car and told me I just needed to "drive for 20 minutes" to charge it. I told him we had planned to take our two sons (who are in law school) to lunch in Macon and visit a dear friend's mother in the hospital. The tech just repeated that we had to keep driving or we'd get stranded. Because of their negligence, our family plans were completely ruined and we had to drive straight back to Alma. This dealership completely failed at basic vehicle care and customer service. They do not own up to their mistakes. Avoid this service department More

Great service experience! Vehicle started running poorly on long road trip. Upon arriving at MB of Macon, tech was soon working on my car and identified problem.
