I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Marietta, specifically with a manager named Jake. I had just paid $279 for an inspection and simply asked the customer service repre Mercedes-Benz of Marietta, specifically with a manager named Jake. I had just paid $279 for an inspection and simply asked the customer service representative for a printed inspection report because I couldn’t clearly view it on my phone. Jake stepped in and informed me that receipts are only sent digitally. When I reiterated my request and mentioned I couldn’t view it properly, he said printing it wasn’t possible. I then asked, respectfully, if he could try, and mentioned that he was being difficult at which point he told me to leave the dealership. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from Mr. King at this very dealership. I had only requested the printed inspection results so I could better understand the condition of my current vehicle and compare before finalizing my new purchase. Unfortunately, Jake’s customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Telling a paying customer to leave over a simple request is unacceptable especially when that customer is planning to make a significant purchase within a week. Mr. King has shown outstanding service throughout my experience, but Jake’s behavior as a manager was completely unacceptable and changed my entire perception of this dealership. Because of this encounter, I’ve decided not to move forward with my purchase here and will be taking my business elsewhere. This dealership needs stronger, more respectful leadership that values its customers especially those returning to make another investment. I have been a customer of mercerdes since 2012… I will stick with doing business at the Buckhead location. More

Firstly, “Alanna” is nothing short of Amazing. I called in inquiring about the vehicle of interest & after speaking with her I immediately felt at ease and noticed her compassion for helping oth I called in inquiring about the vehicle of interest & after speaking with her I immediately felt at ease and noticed her compassion for helping others. She got right on top of it while getting me approved before I arrived the next following day. I only needed to arrive with proof of documentation (income verification, insurance, driver’s license) etc. She gave me a tour of the location, introduced me to staff, offered me refreshments, & diligently walked me through the process. Each team member greeted me with a handshake & a smile such as Chris, Dexter in the service department, & Dietrich are helpful associates with the assistance of Alanna. Secondly, “Drew” in the finance department ensured that my vehicle was covered with an extended warranty within my budget; in the event anything happens to my vehicle. He was kind, informative, & within his efforts it was apparent his love for his job, with making sure your vehicle is protected before driving off the lot. The team overall was very welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, & professional. “Mercedes Benz in Marietta” upholds the standards & class of its staple.
