Overall, my experience was fine. I did hope for a more premium experience from a premium brand. The process was simple to navigate and my salesman was nice. I am going to have to go back to the dealership when I have free time because it was really busy when I picked up my car and I wasn’t taught how to use the tech in my vehicle. I was told how to link my phone to apple play which I already knew how to do. The vehicle cleaners seemed really careless because I noticed what appeared to be oil on the right side of the middle console. There were also lots of dust in the back seat and small crumbs around the mats and in between the seats. Although everyone was pleasant and friendly, I did not enjoy working with the finance manager, Jessica. I had to call and email SEVERAL times to get in contact with her to send funds. I hate doing this but I even had to tattle to get a response from her. It was frustrating because I was told that she was NOT with a client so they weren’t sure why she wasn’t responding to my calls or my emails. From her attitude and tight purple clothing with clear heels, to her work ethic, she seems highly unprofessional. More
