Car was towed in for service and I was charged $1100 for a new battery and diagnostic - no itemized bill. They kept the car for two weeks and claimed they had no loaners. I incurred another $1500 in rentals a new battery and diagnostic - no itemized bill. They kept the car for two weeks and claimed they had no loaners. I incurred another $1500 in rentals only to have my car do the same thing less than three weeks after the "repair". This time they kept the car for another almost two weeks and still do not know what is wrong. I was told I could get the car and if it happens again to bring it back. The shop foreman doesn't know what's wrong but I paid $1100 for a "repair"? Simply unacceptable. More
