Every time I enter into the dealership, I feel as if my money is valued, my time is of importance, and the customer service is unmatched. My service advisor, Dexter Thompson changed my whole perspective of money is valued, my time is of importance, and the customer service is unmatched. My service advisor, Dexter Thompson changed my whole perspective of how one should be treated, when it pertains to my vehicle. When I choose to wait for my vehicle, the wait is minimal, Dexter communicates if my vehicles needs any other services , and he always asks, if I would like the service PRIOR to me paying for it. Prior experiences I’ve had in the past, advisors were not honest, I’ve always sought advice from others within my immediate family that held integrity to a high standard! However, after dealing with my advisor, that issue is no longer. Thank you Dexter, for not only treating me with the upmost professionalism but for treating me with respect, from the beginning to the end. Robert is very good and pleasant to talk with about tough items. I had a challenging situation that ended up taking much more time than initially thought. Made my appointment over the phone which was quick and easy. I got in for the repair the next day which was amazing. All of the staff, especially Ahmad, were friendly and very helpful.
