Particularly my car salesman Daniel Linares, I really want to highlight him. He was VERY patient, honest and helpful. Out of all the cars salesmen that I encountered he was the best! Most car shopping experiences can be exhausting and disappointing but Daniel listened to my concerns and delivered based on what I wanted. My new GLE 350 have a leak in the air conditioning system. The dealer service tried to find it, but was not able. Finally they recharged the system (after three days in the shop) and, because I have t system. The dealer service tried to find it, but was not able. For the time in the shop they gave me a loaner. They were kind enough, but it is difficult to understand that to find a leak in a new vehicle, could take more than three days. More

Carlos was very nice and informed me of things that when I leased my Mercedes at the Pembroke Pines dealer did not do so. I was never informed that I could buy more miles. I was told after I signed all the papers that I only had 7500 miles year. I was also never told that the battery was included in the lease. I was also never told that when I lease the GLC 300 it had over 5000 miles that I only had two free oil changes. I was not informed many things that Carlos in the Miami Gardens dealer informed.
