My husband and I bought our dream family vehicle, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van! 🚐 But I was so relieved that the purchasing was as smooth and convenient as possible. We unfortunately had to bring all four of our children during the paperwork and financing portion. We couldn’t find a babysitter in the quick timeframe. We were just relieved that the dealership did a hold on the vehicle for a day as we had a busy planned day that we couldn’t reschedule. But the staff was very friendly to our children and the TV/resting room came in so handy for our older children! And as you can imagine the dashboard and all the buttons are so overwhelming. I was able to return to the dealership to meet with Sawyer who is their technology specialist who kindly helped me navigate how to connect my phone to be able to access Sirius and other apps. I’m still learning! The best part was Al V. guiding us through the purchasing process. What a professional! Overall, I am a proud Mercedes Benz owner and so glad MB of Modesto is our friendly, professional, local dealership! More

Drop off for service went smoothly. However, pick up was disappointing due to poor communication between the tech and staff. I was notified the car was ready for pick up. Hopefully this is not a reoccurring situation. I'd recommend this service center due to location in the central valley. More
