As delivered, all user manuals were for the wrong year and the engine oil had not been changed. This required a return trip from Grass Valley to Modesto (240 mi, round trip) for a complementary oil chang and the engine oil had not been changed. My problem wasn't solved but it happens so seldom unless it happens for them to see it they can't seem to fix it - however Chris was my service adviser and he did find that my wheels needed to be aligned an it happens for them to see it they can't seem to fix it - however Chris was my service adviser and he did find that my wheels needed to be aligned and my car drove so much better after the alignment.
