People in the dealership does not value time. They kept sending request for an Uber driver for me for 40 mins & i kept getting text messages that there is no driver available & all the receptionist did was sending request for an Uber driver for me for 40 mins & i kept getting text messages that there is no driver available & all the receptionist did was continue requesting even if there were multiple messages of no driver availability. They no longer have shuttle service available. Customer Service is becoming poor. There were 2 receptionist, when i checked in to show the text message i received about no available driver, her response was “ i just got here, I don’t know whatgoing on”. Instead of asking “how can i help you?, let me get the person that can help”. Customer Service is POOR. Both ladies needs training on customer service otherwise that job is not for them. More
