You did not call and she only found out that the car was ready in the late afternoon when she called in. Your lack of communicating put her seriously behind schedule and into heavy traffic on 68. She had told service that the key was malfunctioning and had locked her out of the car a couple of times causing great inconvenience. Nothing was done to remedy the situation and yesterday she was again locked out with the key in her purse in the back seat. This greatly inconvenienced her and doesn't seem like something one should suffer with a $110,000 car. She has been trying to communicate with service manager but he is not good about calling. In the past when trying to communicate the problem Cleat would not return calls. Please advise. More
