I got my new Mercedes about almost a month ago now and Steve Wright was the most professional and helpful salesman I have ever come across. I made an appointment a week earlier and had missed the meeting and he was completely understanding that I had a family emergency. I eventually called him several days later not wanting to let go of the chance of getting my car because there were not many models available anywhere with the kind of color combination I wanted. He was so helpful in assisting me in trying to get the car that I really desired and not just a second choice car. I gave him a quite a bit of a hard time through constant calls and emails and he was very kind every time. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and very accommodating to my "demands". Even till the very last moment that I agreed to come get the car, we were running about an hour late and the dealership was about the close but he and his boss stayed over an hour after business hours in order to help us get my dream car. I want to thank Steve for his great efforts and professionalism I am in love with the car and it seemed all possible because Steve! Thank You! More
