I was mostly pleased with Mercedes-Benz of Music City and especially happy with the way Chris Popin took care of me. Chris was tuned into my interests and concerns and responded accordingly. In the rare inst especially happy with the way Chris Popin took care of me. Chris was tuned into my interests and concerns and responded accordingly. In the rare instance that he wasn't able to answer a question, he found someone who could, and he is an excellent communicator. It was also a nice added touch, having someone go through all of the vehicles features with me. I was only disappointed that the Dealership was unable to provide anything in writing for either of the warranties that they said came with my Pre-Owned Certified Vehicle. More
