​I was recently searching for a C300 with very specific interior colors and included options. Nothing in my local area was an exact match, so I began looking elsewhere. Mercedes Benz of Music City in Nashville actually had three cars with everything I was looking for. I decided driving to Nashville from out of state was better than ordering and waiting for several months. After my experience there, I honestly ​wish that Music City MB could be my local dealership. Chris Popin was phenomenal during the sales process. His no pressure and friendly attitude made the typically unpleasant buying process easy and anxiety free - even as we haggled and negotiated the purchase price. My wife had an opportunity to speak with several service customers while we waited to finalize financing, and no one had anything negative to say about the servic​e they receive at Music City MB. In fact, they gave overwhelming positive feedback about their experiences. This is a stark contrast from my local dealerships where maintenance service is an exercise in futility. I would rather have my teeth pulled than go to my local dealer for service.
