Kevin Taylor exemplifies knowledge and integrity; in talking to others at the dealership I can think of at least two and possibly three examples of other workers that who, having chatted with them while talking to others at the dealership I can think of at least two and possibly three examples of other workers that who, having chatted with them while picking up my car, waiting in the lobby, or being ferried to the dealership, would all concur with my opinion. This is a guy that knew what the problem might be with my GLK, and while in the hospital, reached out to the service tech at the dealership to alert him. (I know this because I talked to the tech.) Having been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, I know the power of leading by example. Having met the GM (Mr. Vickery) and many of the worker bee's, I believe this is a good organization and I will continue to trust them with my Mercedes. More
