I felt like another record on their book vs a loyal customer I’ve soon oil change several times with Mbusa and this was 100% higher than normal and never even rotated my tires but wanted to sell me customer I’ve soon oil change several times with Mbusa and this was 100% higher than normal and never even rotated my tires but wanted to sell me new tires instead. It was disgraceful. Eric was my repair representative. When I arrived to get the car no one welcomed me and was taken to cashed before explaining work done. I had to ask but no personal connection. Sad. I was never treated like that in Arizona. Curious of popular customer should look like for me to be treated better.
