I have felt confident recommending Ed to my friends that were in the market for a Mercedes and have had good feedback from them. By the way, I have always had a good experience on the rare occasion that required a visit to the service department. I might add that this is not the most conveniently located dealer for me but the treatment that I get makes the trip worth while. More
