I scheduled a 130K service on my 2013 C300 and was informed that my rear subframe was rusted all the way through and needed to be replaced. I am so glad that the technician found that during his inspe informed that my rear subframe was rusted all the way through and needed to be replaced. I have kept up with my vehicle services for the last 10 years and have found this dealer to be exceptional. Most recently, I was working with Nick Scumaci, Assistant Customer Care Manager, who was phenomenal. He was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me with getting my car repaired in a timely fashion as well as arranged for a loaner vehicle and I really appreciated that.
