The sales staff at MB of Naples was personable, and listened to our desires and went out of their way to answer our questions and give us the information we needed to make an informed decision. Upon looking for a mercedes c250 coupe for the longest, the mercedes benz dealership of naples was the place to go. I was looking for this specific vehicle for the longest in orlando when I had finally see the mercedes benz dealership of naples was the place to go. I was looking for this specific vehicle for the longest in orlando when I had finally seen one listed in naples florida, desperately wanting the car I made the long trip down. For a week prior to that I had kept in contact with Alex Gallardo the internet sales manager who was a super cool guy. When arriving to naples we met up with him and his personality was really laid back. He immediately set us up with a sales rep who is by far the greatest sales man Ive ever met, Patrick is a young really smart, cool and friendly person. Not at all a pushy sales man. He gave us a brief description of the vehicle and all its features, test drove it and within an hour made the decision to purchase it. When it came to the financing part joe made it simple and clear as to what the numbers would be. Everything went smooth at the dealership and I'm beyond happy with the vehicle and its performance.
