Curtiss does the best job of a systems and features walk-through on delivery of a new car that I have ever experienced. Where most dealers want to get you off the lot as quickly as possible, Curtiss spends whatever time is necessary to ensure the customer thoroughly understands everything about their new car. I also work with him on my future plans for cars and he is absolutely responsive (and he remembers what I tell him!) I get the same type of friendly and helpful service from Tino Guerrero. I have had him take care of the service on four different cars (and I just acquired my fifth). I really cannot image better service from an auto dealership More
