Had a truly amazing experience dealing with Adam Davis. Honest and upfront with all the financials. The dealership did all the out of state documentation, I literally had to just sign and drive away. Visited the dealership on Friday, June 21 for service and talked to a salesman about leasing. He informed me that I couldn't afford it and was dismissed. Came back to pick up my 2009 C300 from Jackie and t talked to a salesman about leasing. He informed me that I couldn't afford it and was dismissed. Came back to pick up my 2009 C300 from Jackie and told her that we would miss her, because we were told we "couldn't afford" another mercedes. She would have none of that and referred us to Rich Grimes. I'm stubborn and difficult to work with and Rich was awesome!
