Adam met uis when we arrived at the dealership and made us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. We had looked at cars in Mercedes of Ft Myers but just didn't like the pushy "vibe" from the sales perso us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. We had looked at cars in Mercedes of Ft Myers but just didn't like the pushy "vibe" from the sales person there. After several hours with Adam, we ordered a new ML-350. It was delivered a few days ago, and Adam has been extraordinarily patient with us, showing us how everything worked in our new car. He makes himself available, not just during normal business hours, but just about any time by his cell phone. We'll now start having our service performed in Naples rather than Ft Myers. More

This was probably the best experience buying a car that I have ever had. All the people at the dealership that I came in contact with were very nice to deal with. And I can't say enough about my sales rep, Adam Davis, who spent a considerable amount of time answering all my questions and helping me make my selection. I truly felt we were sitting on the same side of the table when we finally agreed on price and terms. That said, I got a really good deal...not just my impression...but based on data about what other folks had paid. This dealer, in return, has a new customer that will return for my next purchase. More
