Adam met uis when we arrived at the dealership and made us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. We had looked at cars in Mercedes of Ft Myers but just didn't like the pushy "vibe" from the sales perso us feel comfortable with Mercedes of Naples. It was delivered a few days ago, and Adam has been extraordinarily patient with us, showing us how everything worked in our new car. He makes himself available, not just during normal business hours, but just about any time by his cell phone. We'll now start having our service performed in Naples rather than Ft Myers. More
