I recently purchased a CPO car here. Everyone I encountered from the sales person to the finance officer were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Brian held the car for my inspection. There were no games, or higher offers, just good communication about the preparation being done to bring the car up to the CPO standards. Ken handled the after sale options efficiently. Joe Politi is a true representative of what customer service should look like. He was very respectful of our wants and needs for a new car. He continually asked what and/or how he could help us. He was able to actually come to our home twice to make our complicated situation work. We are very happy with our new Mercedes. The other gentleman who we so enjoyed working with was Scott Vermillon.
