From beginning to end the process was professional, I want to express my appreciation for a pleasurable buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Naples. From beginning to end the process was professional, respectable and a true pleasure. Shortly after my purchase, I noticed a very small scratch on the hood of the vehicle but since the vehicle was pre-owned, I never expected the dealership to do anything so I was reluctant to even mention it to anyone. However, during a follow-up phone call from Sales Consultant Brian Shea, he asked me if there are any issues with the vehicle, etc. I figured what the heck and I mentioned the scratch. Brian immediately said "that shouldn't be and we'll make it right". Within only 2 days, the vehicle was in the Naples shop and repaired in just over an hour! It's incredible, I can't even find the original scratch location, simply amazing....My many thanks to Brian Shea, Brock Linton and Jack Fitzgerald for making my purchase experience a pleasure. I most definitely highly recommend the dealership team and will certainly return to Mercedes-Benz of Naples for future purchases! More
