Met with Brian Shea, on the lot, he was polite and mindful of our requests and after asking a few questions he knew the SUV we wanted. Brian walked us past a couple of CLAs and stopped at the one that had the bells and whistles he had obviously listened. Brian is well educated with MBs and explained all the nuances of this Limited Edition vehicle. This is a very different experience from other MB dealers. Brian Shea made the difference in our purchase experience of a Certified Mercedes Benz - he is a professional that wants the customer to be happy. Over a year of twice a day nationwide shopping had been required to locate this vehicle with the packages and colors I wanted. The car had been factory custom ordered by the first owner at this dealership, serviced there and returned at lease end. I specifically contacted Adam based on reviews by other customers, my expectations were unreasonably high and they were easily met. The car was going to have to be shipped to Seattle and I had made the decision not to fly to see it prior to purchase - a difficult one because the purchase fell into the category of being a "toy" not merely transportation. Conversations with Adam during the purchase process bolstered my confidence in a sightless purchase. A strong factor in my trust occurred during our initial conversation when he voluntarily went to the car with a camera to find and photograph anything that could be construed to be even the slightest defect. Arrangements were agreed upon for correction, some at his expense and things I considered unreasonable but important to me were voluntarily done at my expense. I wanted the car to be perfect upon arrival. All details were easily worked out to my total satisfaction. Adam repeatedly told me, "this car will exceed your expectations". When the car reached me it could easily have been described as being the same as new. Indeed, it indeed exceeded my expectations. More
