WORST DEALER IN THE USA I have been buying and leasing cars for 45 years. In all that time I have never experienced anything like these people. 1st. The service department I have been buying and leasing cars for 45 years. In all that time I have never experienced anything like these people. 1st. The service department refused to fix a warranty issue with my brakes. I had to wait until I returned to my home up north to have the Mercedes dealer up there fix it. 2nd. I was notified by Mercedes that my lease was coming up and I should have a PRE- TURN IN inspection done to find out what things needed to be fixed before turning the car in. When I called Mercedes of Naples for an appointment, I was told there was no need a pre-inspection. "Just bring the car in when the lease is up" is what I was told. When I did turn the car in there were a few minor issues that I was dinged for. Nothing major. BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY FINAL BILL I WAS CHARGED $3500.00 FOR REPAIRS. When I called Mercedes corporate and told them what happened they said they would call the dealership to see why I was told not to come in for a pre-inspection. Corporate called the dealership 3 times with no response. After several weeks I finally just paid the bill. I have leased over 10 cars and never have been charged a dime until buying this piece of #@#!. I will never buy another Mercedes and would advise anyone thinking of buying one to think again and at the very least STAY AWAY FROM MERCEDES OF NAPLES. More

Why I'll be going back to Mercedes for my next car. At age 77 my wife and I have had many great cars, Lexus, Jaguar, BMW, etc. Some buying experiences had been good, some not so much. My experience at At age 77 my wife and I have had many great cars, Lexus, Jaguar, BMW, etc. Some buying experiences had been good, some not so much. My experience at Mercedes in Naples hasn't been good, it's been GREAT, (so far) I rate the dealer as the best I've ever worked with. Starting from meeting it's owner David Wachs, Geoff in service, and Adam Davis our Salesperson. Adam is the most knowledgeable car person I've ever worked with and he makes buying a car a pleasurable experience.as opposed to a root canal. He also has a great sense of humor. We will go back to Mercedes in Naples for our next car in spite of the fact that Adam will be our salesperson. (Just kidding) More
