They had all the paperwork done over the phone. I live in Melbourne Florida. I rented a car drove down. Debbie help me drop the rental off. Many times I would get a low price from other dealers. I would arrive only to have them jack it up a few thousand. I was delighted so find that Mercedes of Naples did not do that. All the paperwork was complete. All I had to do is sign on several dotted lines. No suprises. Debbie took the time to go over all of the cars features. They where great. I definitely recommend them.
