Tom was willing to "hold" the car while I test drove some other possibilities....even at other dealerships...which I thought was extraordinary. Joe made himself available at all times to assist with test driving and analysis, based on the parameters we'd discussed. In the end there was no haggling over price, the car was road-ready with an hour's notice, and final paperwork was much easier than I've found to be usual. I've purchased about 25 cars from dealers in the past, but my experience with Tom and Joe was the best by far. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Chuck was a major factor in my decision to stay with Mercedes. Then I meet Joe Politi who is really good. I take a long time to buy a car, Joe was always there, no high pressure, just professional, knowledgeable and excited to be of help. I will not admit to the number of times I went back to see this car. Joe was fantastic and never got frustrated, the consummate professional. I was really impressed. Then you buy the car and Joe trains me on the features. Then he introduces me to Henri Xhialli who helps train me even more. Henry actually came to my house on his way home from work to help me. This is mind boggling. What a great team. This dealership has really figured out how to build customer loyalty. I have never see anything like it. More
