Overall pleasant experience My first contact with Joe Politi was during the looking stage. I told him what I was looking for and when the perfect car became available he called. Joe was courteous, knowledgeable, and we didn’t feel at all pressured. He went over all features of the new car, made sure it was in tip-top shape before I drove away with it, and followed up with an email and a call 3 days later. Overall I found Joe to be attentive and an excellent person to work with. I did, however, think I had to wait much too long for a Business Manager to become available. After a price was agreed upon with Joe, I had to wait longer than an hour to sign the final documents. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Naples, and be sure to ask for Joe Politi. More
