The car we purchase was just traded in on Saturday morning and he immediately called us and told us about it. He worked with us through all aspects of the purchase from buying, detailing and finally taking possession of the 2013 Camry. The car was in perfect condition, had a full tank of gas and fully detailed. He kept in touch with us throughout the process and made it a very pleasant experience. Fabulous experience!!! There are no words to describe! I was looking for a mercedes for my wife. I live in Virginia and do some business in Illinois as well. Sales persons are great, they were really intersted in my needs and they made us happy with a great GLA 250. They provided with all the information that we needed. Overrated and overpriced After being pitched this was the best CPO dealership in Florida I decided to visit with the intention of purchasing a 2013 SL550 VIN WDDJK7DAXDF020663 After being pitched this was the best CPO dealership in Florida I decided to visit with the intention of purchasing a 2013 SL550 VIN WDDJK7DAXDF020663. Interior and exterior color matched my preferences as well as style of wheels. After a three hour drive to inspect my observations were as follows: Old Coffee stains present near gear console on passenger side, rear retractable console broken, one window did not operate and convertible top did not retract. This vehicle was one of the higher priced CPOs on the market (80k reduced to 74.9k). This vehicle was not inspected well prior to being advertised. This was not a secondary battery issue as suspected by the individual that was assisting as the vehicle did attempt to cycle of retracting but stopped after the trunk opened. The process froze likely due to the window being stuck or a defective motor for the roof. The mechanical issues are serious but could have happened recently as the photos DO show the top down. The coffee stains and console flaws are poor reflection of not only the previous owner but lack of attention to detail by the dealership. Most MB dealerships boast about the quality of CPO vehicles and that they are not obtained from auctions and second tier sources, however a trade in vehicle can be of the same quality or worse than purchasing at auction or a non Mercedes dealership. These vehicles should be inspected by multiple team members and scrutinized as if the person inspecting was purchasing for themselves. If I'm spending 80k after taxes and title, please make sure your product is as advertised.... On a positive note: Customer service was good. Appreciated that vehicle was ready to inspect out of the rain when I arrived. More

Could not have been any better I met Jonathan a couple of years ago when my friend and I visited the dealership looking at a specific advertised vehicle. My friend did not buy that vehicle but bought another instead. Jonathan impressed me with his easy going, no pressure attitude. I seldom see this type behavior in a used car salesperson. Consequently, we have kept in touch with him and every time we are in Naples (we are from Fort Myers) we stop in to say hello. Couple of months ago, I asked Jonathan to look for a specific vehicle with specific options for me. It took a while but he found one that he thought I might be interested in. He did more than relate the attributes of the vehicle to me; he drove it to my address in Fort Myers to show me the car. I'm impressed with his "going the extra mile". I subsequently purchased this vehicle over the phone and here again Jonathan went that extra mile. I wished to partially finance the vehicle and Jonathan took all of my info over the phone to keep me from having to travel to Naples. Once there, Joe Jalbert had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. It was a pleasurable experience, one I was not accustomed to. When I consider the people I dealt with, I can sincerely say that Jonathan, in my opinion, is exceptional in his endeavor to please. He is a pleasant individual to deal with. He is kind,considerate, patient, helpful and also knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more from a person. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle.
