Lied about Warranty Although our salesman and buying experience was great and we love our vehicle purchased, the finance manager lied to us about what the coverage includ Although our salesman and buying experience was great and we love our vehicle purchased, the finance manager lied to us about what the coverage included in their Gold extended warranty package when it was sold to us. I was not satisfied with the manager's response when I called to share my concern when something failed and wasn't covered as explained. I cannot recommend the dealership and would not shop there again based on this. To top it off my vehicle was dirty and scratched when I picked it up from the service department. More

Amazing I faced buying another car with great trepidation, as I love my 20-year old MB E320 Cabriolet and really didn't want another car. However, I finally I faced buying another car with great trepidation, as I love my 20-year old MB E320 Cabriolet and really didn't want another car. However, I finally came to the realization that it was time to give it up. So, I faced with trepidation the aspect of shopping for a replacement. I searched the Naples area, including Ft. Myers and Bonita, and had my work cut out for me. Decided while I was looking at the others to see if Mercedes-Benz of Naples might have something, even though nothing came up in my search. So, there I am wandering around the lot, not finding anything I could afford and wondering which used-car sales vulture would come out to greet me, when Jonathan Whitlow appeared. Turned out to be my lucky day! He said a car fitting my specs had just come in. He's my kind of used-car salesman--warm, welcoming, willing to work with me and give me advice without being pushy. He made my purchase seem like a walk in the park. When I picked up the car today Jonathan went out of his way to accommodate me, going so far as to follow me 10 miles away to get the license plates off my old car to transfer to the new one. I could not possibly have asked for a better car-buying experience! Thank you Jonathan Whitlow and thank you Mercedes-Benz of Naples! More

We ended taking home a chicken and a Mercedes. This usually does not happen every day but at least we liked our car and the service was good too, by the way the chicken was good too. Every person I came in contact with was knowledgeable and kind and a pleasure to work with. I didn't feel hassled or pressured in any way. My sales agent Blake Lehr made sure that the sales agreement met and reached my goal. Usually the car buying process is really drawn out and takes up a whole day but I was in and driving off of the lot with my new car in an hour! In fact, I can't wait to purchase my next MB because it was such an enjoyable experience.
