Unbelievable experience and professionalism This is my second Mercedes but the first time I have purchased one from out of state. I live in Ohio and had been referred by a friend to Mercedes Be This is my second Mercedes but the first time I have purchased one from out of state. I live in Ohio and had been referred by a friend to Mercedes Benz of Naples. I was nervous given I was about to buy a car without seeing it in person. Let me tell you the experience was smooth, the staff helpful and professional, the process easy, and I couldn't have asked for more. First, the sales folks offered to take additional pictures and send me more information than was online. They didn't pressure and were easy to work with. Once we said lets buy this car they instantly sent me the paperwork to complete for the initial purchase and credit check. They had the information back to me and consistently followed up to make sure I had received it and if I had any thing I didn't understand. The next day a FedEx envelope arrived with the paperwork and the dealership had all of the areas I needed to sign highlighted and had specific and direct instructions for me. I completed it, sent it back and the next day owed a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Mercedes GL450. I called my Sales Person, Debbie Marino and she helped me arrange transportation from Naples to Cleveland, Ohio. Frankly, I never expected buying a car, sight unseen, from Florida (while I live in Ohio) would be easy, but it was. Everyone, I spoke with at the dealership was helpful, friendly and professional.
