We met Jonathon Whitlow out in the parking lot and told him what we were looking for and the price range. After test driving a couple cars and almost deciding on one, we realized that they just didn't meet our criteria. Jonathon was very patient and told us not to buy if we couldn't decide. We shook hands and I said, "Look Jonathon, you get how we are, you know what we're looking for and our price range. If anything comes up, give us a call". I pretty much thought that it was the last time we would speak to him....you know, "car salespeople" and all. About a week later Jonathon gave us a call, to be honest, we just didn't answer the phone. He then texted a video to us about a beautiful, CLK 500 with only 6,700 miles...it was 10 years old. My wife went back to the dealership and drove the car back to our house to show me. Not knowing too much about Mercedes', I thought it was new. I talked over the pricing with Jonathon and came to an agreement, but on the way back to the dealership, my wife called and said there was something funny about the way it drove. Long story short, they replaced all the tires at the same price. People buy from people. Jonathon was the hallmark of car salesperson. He wasn't pushy, he listened to us and delivered. That day we had visited two other dealerships and got the numbers from two salespeople.
