Intersted in upgrading our Mercedes to a different model We've bought four used vehicles from Naples Mercedes over the past 30 years: two Mercedes station wagons, an ML 500 Sport and a Range Rover. Each car We've bought four used vehicles from Naples Mercedes over the past 30 years: two Mercedes station wagons, an ML 500 Sport and a Range Rover. Each car we bought has been exceptional and we've been pleased with each transaction. The sales people have been very professional, knowledgeable and most helpful. All these cars were necessary for our growing family of four and because of competitive school sports, these cars got extensive long distance use and eventually were handed down to the children as they became drivers themselves. The children are now grown and our latest purchase from MBNaples was my wife's dream car: SL 500 R (Sport). This car was also a used car--although you wouldn't know it since it looked better than any new one on the floor and offered every option possible. I had it checked out by an independent Mercedes mechanic (MBNaples worked with me and there were no hassles having a third party check it out) and there were several things we requested done to the car. MBNaples agreed to meet all of our requests and today my wife loves her "new" dream machine. By the way, the car she was driving previous to this car was a beautiful SLK 230. And we like the SLK so much we've kept it for our youngest child to will use it as she attend FSU for her graduate degree. We still have our ML 500 Sport--it looks as good today as the day we bought it from MBNaples and we call it our "family" car since the rest of the "fleet" are all two seaters---well, I drive a supercharged MINI convertible that has two seats in back, but these no leg room, so it might as well be a two seater. Now I will say we've experienced our share of maintenance issues like you would with any car but the ratio of problems between our Mercedes to any other car still makes them the best car for the money on the road today. Safe, dependable and by far the best looking vehicles, period. Thanks to everyone at MBNaples. More

Best customer service around I recently brought my Mercedes Benz c250 in for an alignment and during the entire process everyone was extremely friendly and making sure I was being I recently brought my Mercedes Benz c250 in for an alignment and during the entire process everyone was extremely friendly and making sure I was being taken care of. Everyone walking by had a smile on their face and not a person walked by without saying hello or checking on me to see if I needed help. Since the alignment was going to take a while, they put me in a rental so I can go on with my day and not have to wait around and they offered to drop off my car wherever I was at the time and pick up the rental so there was no inconvenience. It was my only day off for the week and they made sure I was able to still enjoy it and go on with my day. I could not have asked for a better experience. I want to thank Joe Politi, Adrian Pena and the entire Mercedes Benz for the great experience ?? More

The only reason I didn't give five stars on quality of work is the seal around the doors is again making noises. I brought the car back in a week or so after purchasing and the problem seemed to be fixed, after a week the noises returned.
