Normally, we dread shopping for a new vehicle, but these two were intuitive to our needs and made the process as painless as possible. Jonnie gave us a thorough demonstration of the vehicle and was very patient with any questions we had. Tom Neglio was thorough, but efficient with the paperwork, which we appreciated! I worked with JP on getting me into a new Mercedes after they worked out a deal to take back my lease with 6 months left. Joe Politi was outstanding to work with. His attention to detail and making sure I was Ultimately satisfied was top on his list of priorities. He worked diligently with the GM to arrive at A payment that was fair and that I was comfortable with. He also continues to call to make sure I'm satisfied with the new car and if I have any concerns to please let him know. He represents Mercedes and the brand very well. He's not pushy and listens to the customer. He was instrumental in me staying with Mercedes along with Jackie who I must say was outstanding in your service department.
