I have bought many cars over the years, but I have never experienced a salesperson so professional and courteous as Joe. I received a call after the first week of ownership, first month and quarterly thereafter, even Holidays and my recent Birthday. For Me, Joe Politi represents Mercedes-Benz of Naples. Best vehicle leasing experience my wife & I have ever had. My wife & I have been leasing Mercedes Benz for the past 6 yrs from one of our local dealerships in the Miami area. Prior to leasing our last Merced My wife & I have been leasing Mercedes Benz for the past 6 yrs from one of our local dealerships in the Miami area. Prior to leasing our last Mercedes, we decided to shop around to check other prices. We found that Naples Mercedes had better lease programs available. Over all we were very impressed with the attention, price and service we received from the moment we arrived at the dealership. This was hands down the best no haggle leasing experience we've ever had. The 1.5 hr drive from Miami was well worth it. I have already recommend Naples Mercedes to all my friends. More

Car buying 101 My salesman, "JP", knew the vehicles and had a friendly non pushy attitude. He spent as much time as I wanted test driving each vehicle. Once we found the GL450 we wanted, he made sure it was proprely preped for delivery. The delivery process was unlike any I have had before. Very happy man today Was intimated going into the dealership because I've had horrible experiences in the past buying cars. But Michael Powell was down to earth and really made me feel comfortable buying a vehicle. No pressure and buying games you have to go through to make a deal. Got me the number I was looking for and got me the money on the trade in. Tom in finance really went to bat for me with my current credit situation from my divorce. He got me a great rate and approved fairly easily. These guys are the real deal. They want to sell cars and will do whatever it takes to get it done and make you happy. I'm not a review writer on these sights but I really feel I owe these guys a solid for what they did for me. Thank you very much Mercedes of Naples. More

Exceptional Sales Experience We arrived before closing on a Tuesday evening and were greeted by JP Politi to look at an ML. JP was extremely courteous, knowledgable and patient. We arrived before closing on a Tuesday evening and were greeted by JP Politi to look at an ML. JP was extremely courteous, knowledgable and patient. It was not until 7.30pm that we realized the dealership closed at 7pm. We have been buying cars and working with dealerships for decades and this is the best experience we have ever had. JP spent that evening with us, followed up the next day and his courtesy and efficiency during purchase process was exceptional. JP even pointed out a small problem on the front spoiler and had it fixed before delivery. At delivery, JP spent extra time making sure we understood all options available, even taking the time with my 9 year old to answer her questions. We are very pleased with our ML and JP continues to follow up and his courteous and genuine demeanor is refreshing. You have new clients for life and jP is an exceptional salesman. See you soon. More

Outstanding experience!!! My boyfriend and I were looking for a car for weeks. We couldn`t agree on any particular car. At one moment, we almost gave up, deciding that our taste is too expansive, and we couldn`t afford what we liked. Then finally we stopped by at Mercedes-Benz of Naples and Jonathan Whitlow found us. To be honest, we could never imagine that one day we would buy a Mercedes from a certified dealership. After all our trips to different dealerships in SWFL we ended up in our local one and we couldn't be happier. Jonathan easily guided us through the whole process. It couldn`t be easier. He is a real professional. Knowledgeable, very friendly, without any pressure, what is very important. So finally, we found an amazing car, better than we could imagine and we could afford it!!! Easier than expected My husband hates to car shop so I try to do as much as I can ahead of time. We were trading our CLK 550 for ML 350. We stopped in and saw our salesman Joe Politi last week about possibly trading our convertible. Told him exactly what we wanted and they had one still being detailed. We drove it and looked at several others. No pressure. Asked Joe to contact us when the car was ready and we would stop back. Today we dealt with Debbie because Joe had apts at the same time. No problem. Debbie was a great fill in. She was very friendly, helpful and really wanted to make this car work for us. I know this car would not last long but we had decided on a price that we thought was fair for both of us or not trade today. It did not take long to come to an agreement. The rest of the staff was very helpful in making apts and getting some other items I wanted for the car as well. Everyone was very attentive to our needs. We are very pleased with the service we received today. Everything went smooth and we love our (New to Me) ML 350. My husband was actually laughing and making jokes which is really good for him where car dealerships are concerned. If he is relaxed then they did a good job. Thank you More

out of this world customer servcice I live 345 miles from this dealership only spoke to them over the phone and received the best treatment ever and a great deal on a E class then after I live 345 miles from this dealership only spoke to them over the phone and received the best treatment ever and a great deal on a E class then after I drove there to make my purchase it only got better rich spent so much time going over my new car and made absolutely sure that i was 100% satisfied and tom explained all of the paper work clearly so that any one could understand it then after driving home i called rich with a question about my vehicles operation and he made sure to get clear and concise answers from the technician before he called me back my only regret is that i don't live next door because i have never been treated so well by any brand dealership i would recommend them to every one as well as Mercedes because i have never driven a finer automobile.
