When I got home that evening after purchasing the car I noticed a scratch on my rear passenger door and that my gas cap door was loose, so I contacted Mike Powell the next morning and he took care of this issue immediately. Sales great/service not-so-much JP worked hard for the deal and was professional in every sense of the word. There were a few problems with the vehicle upon "spot" delivery that had JP worked hard for the deal and was professional in every sense of the word. There were a few problems with the vehicle upon "spot" delivery that had to be addressed later in service. A slow leak in the right rear tire was looked at in service and was determined to be no leak. Five days later a tire dealer showed me an old plug that a non-seeing person could not miss. Let it be said that I purchased four new tires on the spot ($1200.00). I would have purchased the tires from Naples Mercedes if they found the problem. Next, the remote outside rear view mirror switch is still not in. This was owed from delivery, June 26. A second smart keyless go key, also owed on delivery, was provided and programmed. The program did not work and I have to return for the reprogramming of the key. Chuck Serales was professional and I'm sure relied on the service tech when it came to the tire leak. He has been following up on the mirror switch and seems genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. My main concern is that Mercedes of Naples sent me on the road with an unsafe tire which could have put me in danger. At no time did I ask for or intimate that I wanted a tire or tires for free. I want to be able to trust my servicing dealer and that trust has not been earned. One final note. The service manager J Pitt sent me an email asking about my experience. I emailed him the same information contained in this correspondence. No Response. This shows a lack of concern for the customer. I have to return for the key programming and the mirror switch.
