Drove my 2 year old C300 from Toronto, ON., Canada, and got an engine warning light to worry about in Marco Island, FL. Ron was an exceptional liaison for the Naples dealership in smashing through (pr got an engine warning light to worry about in Marco Island, FL. Ron was an exceptional liaison for the Naples dealership in smashing through (previously unknown to me) administrative impediments about the factory warranty between MB Canada and MB USA. When I wasn't getting anywhere on the phone by myself, Ron sprung into action to expedite my all important in-service date to MB USA in New Jersey from Canada, despite me thinking I had all the paper documentation and info readily available for any emergency or warranty claim in my glove box. Who would have known that these admin hassles were just lurking in the background to ensnare anyone who has not yet had MB warranty service in the US on their Canadian car? Within 36 hours of Ron taking the issue over, my car was fixed right, nicely washed, and back on the road, repaired under MB factory warranty without additional cost to me, and I will no longer have a warranty documentation problem at any MB service department in the USA.. Besides being terrifically personable which helped make it feel like time went by faster, Ron was an exceptional professional, ensuring that, as the customer, I was always informed and kept up to date by phone and text messages (our request). He and his dealership kept us mobile with a complimentary Hertz rental vehicle (which he suggested I drive to Marco Is. and let their MB personnel drive and swap the C300 after it was ready, minimizing the interruption to my vacation and saving me a couple more hours to enjoy with family. All in all, after 4 decades of driving many different vehicles, I've never been so well treated and made to feel like I wasn't just a number by any service advisor at any US or Canadian dealership (including some other fancy MB stores in Toronto). Ask for Ron! More

I have dealt with many Mercedes Benz dealerships in different countries and I can honestly say that at MB Naples they deliver on their promise. My experience from start to finish in ordering and collecting my new S550 has been what I expect from a MB dealership. Attention to detail is often what differentiates one dealership from another and I have been impressed by such simple things as the completion of the service and maintenance booklet details etc. Dennis Stout, yes is a first class sales professional, but he also has a passion for the brand, and was most generous with his time in explaining the new features of the new S class on collection yesterday. He makes the total process of purchasing a new car quick and easy. He had all of the information and paperwork on available cars ready for us when we came in, and he gave us a fair price. The atmosphere at the dealership, in general, is friendly and cooperative, and helps to make the buying experience a pleasant one. I have never gotten such great service at a dealership before. Ann gave me the deal I wanted and the car I requested. She was very nice, sweet and helpful. I leased my first Mercedes from the dealership approximately two years ago and had a very pleasant experience... So leasing my second vehicle from the dealership was a no brainier.
