I also had hydraulic cylinder problems with my convertible top which was costly, but Mike Cabera tried his best to hold the cost down. I had tires with only 15,000 miles on them but were almost 8 years old and wanted to replace with a somewhat lower cost tire than the service dept. normally stocks. My overall experience, led by Adam Davis was, was very comfortable and geared to my needs not his or the dealerships. Everyone I dealt with was very personable and easy to work with. Joe was very pleasant and not pushy. These guys are great! Adam Davis is a personable and knowledgeable salesperson. He is not your typical car salesperson and exceeded my expectations. He actually does everything he says he will do. Joe Jalbert is an excellent finance manager and very easy to deal with and made the paperwork process a snap. Mike Cabrera, my service consultant, is friendly and efficient and completes service issues in a timely manner. On a couple of occasions, we had to obtain loaner vehicles while service issues were being handled and Patrick Baffa, the service fleet loaner manager, was fast and expedient in getting our vehicle and made the process very easy. I live in North Orlando and think so highly of this group that I drive 300 miles to Naples to buy vehicles from these guys and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them and the Naples Mercedes-Benz dealership. This is definitely not you typical car dealership. Give them an opportunity and you will not be disappointed! My expericence with JP was exceptional. I went in late on a Saturday night with no intention of buying a car that evening.
