My overall experience, led by Adam Davis was, was very comfortable and geared to my needs not his or the dealerships. Everyone I dealt with was very personable and easy to work with. Joe was very pleasant and not pushy. He is the best salesperson I have dealt with in a very long time. So much so, that I bought 2 vehicles from him! Joe Jalbert is an excellent finance manager and very easy to deal with and made the paperwork process a snap. Mike Cabrera, my service consultant, is friendly and efficient and completes service issues in a timely manner. On a couple of occasions, we had to obtain loaner vehicles while service issues were being handled and Patrick Baffa, the service fleet loaner manager, was fast and expedient in getting our vehicle and made the process very easy. I live in North Orlando and think so highly of this group that I drive 300 miles to Naples to buy vehicles from these guys and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them and the Naples Mercedes-Benz dealership. This is definitely not you typical car dealership. Give them an opportunity and you will not be disappointed! I have been buying cars for over 40 years and have NEVER had a bad experience or felt I was dealing with dishonest people until my experience with bait and switch tactics on price with Mercedes Naples. I wrote to the used and dealership manager and was told I could have walked out and not bought the car when the price changed from what the salesman Patrick Westin agreed to (and I have the paperwork to show where we added up the total) The point is yes, I could have walked out or they could have honored the price I was told and I would have certainly encouraged others to buy there but they didn't. I have been in sales all my life and I always taught my sales staff "Always tell the Truth and what you want are repeat customers who will refer you to others NOT a one time sale. This dealership believes in doing whatever they can to get you into the sale and apparently does not care about being perceived as honest, a dealership with integrity or trying to do the right thing. My advice deal with another dealership. More
