Great sales Experience. I had a few issues with my 2012 Slk. My salesman Olin Murphy, took care of all my issues so I could maintain my sanity. The experience I had at Carriage House was wonderful. Olin and all the members of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I never once felt any pressure to buy - a welcome relief after g Olin and all the members of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I never once felt any pressure to buy - a welcome relief after going to a couple of dealerships where the salesmen jumped me before I had even gotten out of my car and then refused to let me walk around the lot on my own to browse. Everything from the test drive to the negotiating to the final purchase were smooth and comfortable. The dealership is beautiful and state-of-the-art, and all the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. This was exactly what I had hoped my first car buying experience would be like. More

We just had our cars serviced last month and both appointments were flawless. We were easily able to schedule appointments that fit our schedule and the drop off took about 5 minutes.
