I would like to personally recognize Ryan, the Service Manager, and Stanley “Jay,” my Service Advisor, for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Both went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was thoroughly inspected, all information was accurate, and every concern was addressed, including work previously performed by another dealership. I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement in this service department since my first visit, and these two gentlemen have made a significant difference. Vic and Herb were absolutely horrible. The dealership smelled like moldy fungus. However, Clarence Moret was able to efficiently sell me a white C 300 for an affordable price.
