Now I call to get a simple question answered and you have to leave a message because you cant get anyone on the phone. The same car was brought in for service in Georgetown Tx and got loaner car and great service. I wont be back More

Best Sales Experience Ever!!!! Mr. Singleton had given me his card outside the dealership one day when I was there getting my old Mercedes serviced. After deciding to purchase a new Mr. Singleton had given me his card outside the dealership one day when I was there getting my old Mercedes serviced. After deciding to purchase a new vehicle I went in to the Dealership and talked to Mr. Singleton. This guy made purchasing a vehicle about as painless and professional as possible. He showed me a few vehicles in the price range I told him I wanted and not one time tried to sell me anything above that range. knowing the features I was interested in he walked the lot in 90 degree heat while I stood inside in the A/C found a few vehicles and allowed me to test drive each one. While test driving the vehicles Mr Singleton explained the features and advantages each one offered in detail. Based on the information he provided and knowing what I was looking for, this gentleman had me walking out of the dealership at the end of the day very happy and satisfied. The best part about this Dealership and Mr. Singleton is, once my vehicle was purchased, the paperwork was signed and the deal was done, Mr Singleton and Mercedes Benz Of New Orleans didn't stop there. I received several phone calls days later from these folks to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and to make sure I was not having any problems operating the features of the vehicle. The Worst Service Manager I have Ever Encountered Pete Daigle has to be the worst Service I have ever encountered at Mercedes Benz New Orleans. Never deal with this guy he knows absolutely nothing an Pete Daigle has to be the worst Service I have ever encountered at Mercedes Benz New Orleans. Never deal with this guy he knows absolutely nothing and with show you no professional courtesy what so ever. If he is you only choice as a service person for your vehicle, I would recommend asking for the General Manager or taking your car elsewhere. If it wasnt for my Service Advisor Nicholas Mena and the General Manager Mr Stuber I would never in life have a vehicle service here. For a B1 Brake Solenoid Fault on my 722.9 transmission they wanted me to spend 6,000.00 on a new transmission. I personally corrected the fault code by replacing the transmission conductor plate. Once I replaced it my vehicle transmission just needed to be programmed. After they programmed my transmission they were getting a 0894 fault code and told me now the vehicle wouldnt move but it was moving when I sent it there. Now they want me again to spend over $6,000.00 for a transmission due to a transmission slip fault. Never check for metal in the pan, never got a clutch error, never got an hydralic pump fault but claim I need a new transmission More
