I sold the car i was going to trade in and MBNO did a courtesy trade and handled all of the paperwork for the sale, offered me a loaner car until my MB GLC 300 came in and updated me every step of the way during the shipping process. Customer service is their #1 priority and they take it to the next level. They even sent a runner with the used car paperwork to me so my buyers did not have to drive to Metairie either. Eldric and Abe were extremely professional and accommodating when they came to us with the paperwork and loaner car. Ernie, Ben and Vick made the new car purchase seamless and headache free. That was my experience at a different luxury dealer in New Orleans but not at Mercedes-Benz. I reached out to MBNO about a certain certified C300 and Steven Bui got back to me right away and we set up a test drive. A few days later, I got to the dealer, and we went on a drive while Steven explained the car’s features. At no point during the drive did he pressure me or start talking about money. A couple hours later, I was off and away in my new ride. Steven and finance director Vic Jones made the buying process simple, easy-to-understand, and stress-free! A few days later, I realized one of the accessories that should have been inside was missing. I reached out to Steven and we got it taken care of.
