I went a was immediately satisfied with the selection. I chose a GLK-350. I was told it was a popular body style. It was just the right size for me. Did test drives and got prices on those models, but before making the purchase we stopped by Mercedes on Veterans to look at stickers and to my surprise the Gls 350 was much lower in price, so my husband and I decided to be at the door by opening hours the following day. We were assigned Steve Bui as our salesman and he more than educated us on the vehicles. He was most informative of the functions of the car and taught us a lot during our test drives. We drove the Gls 350 and loved it, then went thru the same process with the E300 sedan. I never expected to fall for a sedan, but I felt it drove as well as the 350 and was a wise buy for this stage of my life! Steve and Jeremy patiently guided us thru the buying process, it was easy and effortless. The showroom was comfortable, everyone was friendly and after a whole day of getting to experience Mercedes, test drives and get the history on our Certified Pre owned, we parted as very pleased owners!
