The dog was fine, but my front daytime running light, headlight washer cover, and side marker were all destroyed. Richard was quick to provide a quote when requested and all parts were readily available. A brand new C-class was ready for the taking while the repairs were being completed which made the rest of my day much easier. I'm usually not one to have others work on my car (I usually prefer to do the work myself) but, there is a peace of mind with leaving my car at Mercedes of New Orleans knowing that the quality of work is up to par with my expectations.
