Expertise in some repairs and no experience in others I was satisfy with my recent service. My top was inoperable and it was repaired. But my experience with services in past for 4 years was not satisf I was satisfy with my recent service. My top was inoperable and it was repaired. But my experience with services in past for 4 years was not satisfying. It was disheartening to be told by service manager that there is nothing else they can do for a problem that existed with my car for 4 years. It was exhausting to keep bringing my car back and mercedes kept each time for over a month. It was an insult for corporate office to offer me $500 to purchase preowned car and $2500 to towards a new car. REALLY ! To this day 5 years later my gas indicator still jumps up and down, drops to empty as if there is no gas in it. Yet I am afraid to put car on highway because of inaccurate reading on gas indicator. And u ask me how is service. More
