Due to the fact that most of the clients are dropping their vehicles off first thing in the morning, it is a pleasant way to start the day. My First Big Girl Purchase I started out my search for my new car at the end of April. I was driving a 1997 4Runner. I could always count on my 4Runner. Keeping that in mind, I I started out my search for my new car at the end of April. I was driving a 1997 4Runner. I could always count on my 4Runner. Keeping that in mind, I knew I needed to find a vehicle that was just as sturdy and loyal. I heard that Mercedes Benz is known for number one safety and security. I made an appointment with Jorge Quinonez and we spoke about several options within my budget. Of course I fell in love with the 2017 GLC 300! Realistically, I wasn't ready for that commitment. I continued my search elsewhere but did not find the same confidence, knowledge and expertise in other salesmen as I found with Mr. Quinonez. So, I called him back and asked if he had something else that he would think would be a better fit for me. He told me about the 2015 Toyota RAV4 Limited he had in the certified used cars lot. When I took it for a spin, I loved it. leather interior, navigation, XM radio, and more! I drove off with my very first car! I have since recommended several friends and coworker's to visit Jorge Quinonez for their car buying needs! One day, I will return and buy my Benz. Until then, I am happy with my RAVY! More

He's an awesome guy with immense knowledge of the brand & sells it with pride & conviction! If you have a question about how these buttons operate & don't feel like reading through volumes of owner manual - he will demonstrate the operation. This last visit he checked out my key for battery life. Can't thank him enough for the care he exibits! More
