Our sales associate, Warren Purvis, could not have been more efficient. When we could not drive our new car home the day of the purchase, he put us in a loaner and delivered our new car to us the next day more efficient. When we could not drive our new car home the day of the purchase, he put us in a loaner and delivered our new car to us the next day to our home in Slidell. We absolutely love our new car. More

Sales manager and salesman deceptive tactics. Used cash value, not trade in value for estimating my trade in. The car was not thoroughly prepared; the tires were set at a significantly higher psi Used cash value, not trade in value for estimating my trade in. The car was not thoroughly prepared; the tires were set at a significantly higher psi than what is recommended. I wasn’t aware to look for the recommended behind the gas cap; one should ignore the higher level recommended on the front door. Call to Service Department we’re not returned. Final i drove to the dealership and a very nice young service tech was able to help with this particular problem. More
