Serious lack of communications from dealership to us during ordering process over a 6 month time period. Confusing end of sale pricing. Sale was not complete when we left dealership. Registration proces during ordering process over a 6 month time period. Confusing end of sale pricing. Sale was not complete when we left dealership. Registration process of vehicle options were not completed for a week after delivery. Feeling rushed to complete the sale within a few days after we had to wait 6 months for the vehicle. More

I needed my Service B9, and contacted MB NO through Facebook page. Somebody contacted me shortly, and I had my appointment scheduled at my convenience, in no time.
