I purchased the lease vehicle because I loved the ca. I would think that the service warranty, factory warranty, and run flat tire warranty would have been included. The Mercedes list price was 38 K and would think that the service warranty, factory warranty, and run flat tire warranty would have been included. The Mercedes list price was 38 K and with taxes and warranties; totaling approximately 48K. I later received an email from carfax with a listed the buyout of 31K. I am extremely disappointed with the negotiation. Great LOSS for me. Great WIN for Mercedes. More

Didn’t give the 1000 discounts from the ad I brought in took 5 hrs and it was intentional and charged 4000 for warranty which I wanted them to pay half of and they made payment in 6 years when I said 5.
