Extremely disappointed with finance department. I Advised Steve wanted chase loan solely. Due to fact I bank with chase. Loan was denied due to loan request being more than blue book value of vehicle Advised Steve wanted chase loan solely. Due to fact I bank with chase. Loan was denied due to loan request being more than blue book value of vehicle. Many banks were contacted regarding a loan request from me. Which I did not realize at the time. All requests were denied and I have excellent credit. Still receiving bank denial explanations. Not happy at all with this situation. Eventually paid by check for vehicle. More
